First, say whether this is for one person or for both spouses. Then pick the package you want prepared.
Single person
This application is just for you. If you are married, you can still name your spouse in the family section — they are not ordering their own set of documents.
Married couple
This application is for both of you. You will each be named on the documents (for example a joint Living Trust, or a matching Will and Powers of Attorney for each of you).
Which package?
Living Trust PackageA Living Trust holds your home and accounts while you are alive, then passes them to the people you name without going through probate court. This package includes:

Power of Attorney PackageThese documents let someone you trust handle money and health care if you are alive but cannot do it yourself. They do not say who inherits.

Trust Restatement PackageChoose this if you already have a Living Trust and need it fully updated. It replaces the old Trust and includes the other documents in the Living Trust Package.
